Dsquared‘s designs for spring and summer 2009, just like D&G‘s, have included various proves of – as I have called it – a ‘marine couture’. Looks like this spring and summer we’re all going to spend at the harbour, or at least in the city, pretending we’re at some maritime spa.
Basically, this spring and summer you must look relaxed. Big shades, covering half of your face and a hat covering another half are a must-have accessories by Dsquared. When it’s cold, add a colourful neckerchief to that outfit and now you can hide from the whole world! Ok, I should be getting more serious now.
Dsquared wants you to wear a lot of jeans for spring and summer. Ok, they are timeless, but hey, they want you to wear jeans whenever you go and whatever you do: on the beach, while shopping, even at work! These glamorous feminine tuxedos are all made of…jeans!
Another remarkable point of this collection is big golden bling on the neck. It should be like three round elements hanged on a golden chain. This season’s beachwear is more jewel and glamorous.
Dsquared have also presented a wonderful collection of fitted, ankle-length dresses which remind me of Ancient Greece. They are mostly black and white. For the night, choose bows or feathers, or simply choose both and combine it with a classy clutch. For the night, choose dresses with rather highlighted waist and which are dangerously and deeply black.
